Good evening friends and neighbors!
Santa will be coming through the neighborhood again this year on Friday, December 22nd!
Attached to this message, and posted on the GFTCA website at www.glenfarms.org, you will find the route map for Santa’s visit. As a reminder, Santa will be handing out candy to all the good little boys and girls in the neighborhood! As he comes through, Santa will also be collecting non-perishable food items for donation to the local food bank. Last year we collected 125lbs of food, and Santa thinks this year could be even bigger! Santa will begin his route at about 6pm, and will end up at Lake George.
At Lake George, there will be cocoa, cookies, and coffee! Also, Santa will be available for photos with all the children, grown-ups, and with friendly pets! There will be a photographer on site to help take your photos free of charge, but Santa would welcome donations to the civic association in lieu of milk and cookies.
If you would like to donate non-perishable food items but will not be available during the route feel free to drop off donated food in plastic bags at the Lake George free little library any time before the route on the 22nd, or leave a bag at your nearest stop sign along the route, and Santa’s elves would be happy to help collect it.
We look forward to seeing all of your bright and smiling faces on what looks to be a wonderful evening!
